Want to lose weight? EAT HEALTHY FAT.

Seriously. Life CAN be easy. Just eat a Tbsp of Organic Extra Virgen Olive Oil or cold pressed Organic Coconut Oil, 3 times per day. Believe it or not, the best thing you can do to regulate your weight and lose excess fat… IS EAT FAT. The issue is that not all fats are the same. Most people are getting an extremely unhealthy balance of garbage fats with no nutritional value and their bodies are so deprived of healthy fats that they desperately HOLD ON TO EVERY FAT MOLECULE trying to get nutrition from it. Begin eating healthy fats and your body will be able to let go of some of the stored garbage fats. These healthy fats will help your body regulate and begin to process all of your fats in a better way.

Garbage fats- “unsaturated fats” (liquid at room temperature- extremely unstable, and rancid on the grocery store shelf, but bleached and deodorized to remove the odor…) They have been sold to the U.S. as “healthy” but are extremely… NOT HEALTHY. Saturated fats which are solid at room temperature- butter, beef tallow, pork fat, coconut and olive oil (these last 2 are included even though they must be refrigerated to solidify them) are extremely stable and beneficial to your health.
